The time has come to plan for the coming cricket season, which means collecting money! The club will soon be paying our entry fees to the league, so it's important we start collecting registration fees as soon as possible. I'm very pleased to announce that our membership fees have not gone up, and in fact they are remaining the same for a fourth straight year.

Please read the following details carefully. They will outline the membership fees and structure, how to make payments, and explain the processes between now and the start of the season.

2015 MEMBERSHIP FEES

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP (to be paid by ALL members)	$30
WEEKEND CRICKET (50 overs & 35 overs)	$150*
WEEKNIGHT CRICKET (20 overs)	$95
T20 CRICKET (20 overs)	$95

* Those players selected for the 1st XI squad will have to pay an additional $70.

UNIFORMS

New members playing Weekend or T20 cricket will need to buy a team uniform which costs $80.
Those playing Weeknight cricket can buy a white playing shirt for $40.

PAYMENT METHODS

Fees can be paid with cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Glenmore Cricket Club, and you should write on the back of the cheque the format you are paying for.

REGISTRATION DAY

We will be holding a club Registration Day on February 22nd. This will be held at Absolute Baseball Academy (2221 Crowchild Trail) at 1.30pm, and will enable people to come along to pay in person.

PROCESS AND TIMELINE

Our hope is that everyone will pay their registration fees by mid March. We will then have the team captaincy elections. Once captains have been chosen they will select their squads of 15 players. If there is a situation where people have paid their registration fees for a particular format but then not been selected for that format, we will try to accommodate them in an alternative format. If that is not possible we will issue full refunds, but our aim is to offer cricket to as many members as we can.

Members will also need to complete a club Liability Waiver, and a league online player registration form. Details about these will be issued shortly.
