Here are the details regarding our 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM);

When: Wednesday 26th October. 6.30pm

Where: Hotel Blackfoot (5940 Blackfoot Trail SE)

The agenda of the meeting, and the minutes of the 2021 AGM are attached. 

Also attached is a document detailing a number of proposed Bylaw changes. Please take a look at these in advance. Most of the proposed changes are minor alterations to the text, renumbering of the articles, or removing details we consider unnecessary.

We will also be discussing a proposed change to how we deal with Membership Fees.

The AGM is your chance to voice your thoughts and opinions on the club and the coming 12 months. We hope you'll be able to attend.
