Trevor(23) and Arthur got Glenmore off to a great start by scoring 26 runs off the first 4 overs. Dr Zia was called upon to bowl with his slow run up, but very quick arm, and that really slowed down Glenmore's scoring with Zia's first 3 overs only conceeding 2 runs.
A great initial spell by Zia of 7 overs, 1 for 13, and again some great spin from Nirmal and Mike Sharma(4 for 44), kept Glenmore resonably quiet, However Pasha had other ideas , and patiently batted away for 63 minutes scoring a valuable 54 off 71 balls including 1 x6 and 3 x 4's,with some mid innings support from Smiley Schonken(13) and also from Shaun Briscoe(18) freshly off the oilfields of southern Saskatchewan. Some poor bowling by the pace attack of Gary and Prakhar( and a total of 52 wides) helped Glenmore score 198 off 39.2 overs

Glenmore quickly took control of the game by taking the first 2 wickets quickly. However, young Prakar elevated to #3 played strongly and scored 26 before being dismissed by a fine catch. Glenmore's fielding was at its best as catches were not being dropped. All bowlers performed well, but yet again an intoxicating spell by Mike (P.D.) Sing bemused both the batsmen and the fielders despite some solid resistance by JAvad (26) and Satnaam (28 not out)
