Saturday afternoon saw Glenmore members young and old descend on Riley Park for the annual club BBQ. Despite an ominous looking forecast we had a large number of members attend what was another very fun event. It was great to see so many of the kids (and their families) from the junior program attend, and they enjoyed a game on the Small ground. Hopefully some of them will be coming to GCC BBQs for many years to come.
The raffle was a big success, managing to raise a whopping $580 for the club. Asad Gul was the big winner, claiming the top prize of a weekend away at Ken's cabin.
On behalf of the club, a big thank you to everyone who came along...we hope you had an enjoyable afternoon.
